– A specific number of leads or appointments
– Attendance by prospects
– Conversions or revenue outcomes
– 100% accuracy of external business data
– Continuous availability of third-party systems or email platforms
Actual results may vary depending on industry, competition, offer, and internal sales execution.
6. Fees & Payments
Unless otherwise specified in your agreement or invoice:
– Fees are due in advance
– Late payments may result in paused services
– Overdue invoices may incur additional charges
– Payments are non-refundable unless stated in writing
Service delivery is not dependent on lead conversion or revenue outcomes.
7. Contract Term & Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement:
– Contracts renew monthly
– Cancellations require written notice (typically 30 days)
– Work completed before cancellation remains billable
– Partial-month refunds are not provided
If you cancel, access to any tools, assets, or deliverables provided by TiraLead may be removed.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
– You own all leads and campaign results generated for your business
– TiraLead retains ownership of internal processes, templates, scripts, and frameworks
– You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute TiraLead materials
– All content provided by us remains protected by copyright
9. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring the data you provide to TiraLead is lawful and compliant.
10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
TiraLead uses third-party systems to support service delivery, such as:

– Outages or downtime of third-party platforms

12. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to:
– Hire or attempt to hire any TiraLead employee or contractor
– Induce any team member to leave TiraLead
This applies for 12 months after your contract or engagement ends.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
– Payments are overdue
– You breach these Terms
– Illegal, abusive, or harmful activity is detected
– Instructions conflict with applicable laws or regulations
Work completed prior to termination remains billable.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the latest version.
Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
